Mattia Pironti is a singer-songwriter from Montreal, Canada.
A well traveled artist, Mattia Pironti was first recognized in
Israel, where he was a contestant on the hit tv show “The
Voice of Israel” where during his live audition all four judges
turned around in recognition of his artistry.
After his departure from Israel, Mattia returned home to
Canada to volunteer with at risk inuit youth in Nunavik, north
of Quebec. Using his skills as a musician, Mattia performed
in music festivals and gave music workshops all over the 14
communities.
As his stock continued to rise, Mattia received a scholarship
to study at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in
Boston where he graduated with a songwriting degree in
2015.
Shortly after Mattia booked a one way ticket to Italy to
perform music in the streets where he could draw crowds of
up to 500 people.
After perfecting his live act in Italy, Mattia then flew to
Colombia and Mexico City to work with fellow Berklee
classmate Pepe Portilla from the label 3KMZ. His first single
“Get Away” was picked up by Montreal radio station the
beat 92.5 and stayed on rotation for 9 months. He then
released the single “Broken Hearted” that was picked up by
Spotify official Playlists Pop All Day and New Music Friday
Canada getting over 100,000 plays. His latest single “How
You Want To Be Loved” was released during the pandemic
and got over 80,000 views on Youtube.
Mattia is now working on a new album, with
announcements on its release to follow soon.
